Description of the desired feature
When a user register new metadata for an existing ship (recommision), the ship editor is opened with the previous ship metadata. This is fine, except for the ICES code. As it is a recommission, the ICES code won't be the same for the next ship record.
Only when user asks for a recommision, the ICES code should be erased from the ship editor.
