Change Argo ending cause list

Currently, the "ENDING_CAUSE" in the Argo theme point to the column "name" of the "ending cause" table.
While there is a column "Argo Ref" in the table "ending cause".
Could we, in the Argo Theme, use Argo Ref table here instead of name?

This will have impact on the the edit module and the select module in the Argo theme
