Allow Proxy Configuration

Hi,

We are currently facing a issue where we are not able to get octopus tentacle working over a proxy, by support i got asked to use tentacleping, but tentacleping doesnt have a option to use a proxy?

Can we get this added so connectivity can be tested over a proxy?
