Cubeboot/Swiss not starting after Resest #43

Hello Guys,
my GC has the Picoboot installed and I added Swiss and the Cubeboot for the fancy startscreen.
Everything works fine at the first start. But when I turn the console off by the power button and turn it on again it starts with the normal GC boot.
Any solution for this problem ?
At the moment i have to unplug the power cable to start the cubeboot/swiss program again.
