Teams Auto Attendant/Call Queue Orchestrator (TACO): Azure function updated

Based on feedback and additional testing we both updated the deployment tool for Azure and updated several of the Azure Functions which TACO is using. The new version of the Azure Functions also includes the version 4.6 of the Microsoft Teams PowerShell module.

Due to the fact the PowerShell module for Microsoft Teams has been updated it is critical to follow the steps in the documentation which can be found here:

The TACO app is released as community tool so everybody who wants to help is more than welcome to contribute and improve the app.
