Sorting of schedule dates should be numerical, not alphabetical #109
Description
I noticed when looking at a Schedule Periods page (schedule/periods/) that the start/end date columns can be sorted, but they are done so alphabetically so "Jul-23-2017" comes before "Jun-07-2017", for example.
