chore(tests): run codex and gemini suites

Executed npm exec -- tsx --test 'src/codex-*.test.ts' 'src/gemini-*.test.ts' from the examples workspace using a python wrapper to enforce a 300s timeout. All non-Claude tests passed (9/9).
