Investigating compression or a database for the cache #20
Description
Not that nps is not fast enough yet, but it could be interesting to profile how much time file I/O takes. Maybe using database or something like lz4 compression can speed things up even more?
N.B.: Let's not introduce additional dependencies for this if the performance gain is not substantial.
