Improve the meters

The current meters are still pretty sad.
1. It's impossible to know the exact dB levels
2. The integration time is probably too long
3. It would be pretty good to see the peaking points like Fairlight shows it
4. The values never hit the top, it could be either bc of the 2nd or because the scaling is broken
