chore: update dependencies to v1.2.0

Changes:
- Update omniscript-parser from ^1.0.0 to ^1.2.0
- Update omniscript-converters from ^1.0.0 to ^1.2.0

Testing:
- Dependencies installed successfully with --legacy-peer-deps
- Playground will now support v1.2 features (@table, @include)

Users visiting the website can now use @table blocks and
@include directives in the interactive playground.
