Add break down costs for electrification technologies

Provide the option to calculate break down costs for electrification technologies; that includes costs for different components, T&D (where applicable), recurring costs. Also add the calculation of the net present cost (discounted CAPEX + discounted OPEX) since diesel is now an integral part of the solution (hybrid MGs).
