Support previous-day service for trips running past midnight (GTFS times > 24:00:00)

## Description

GTFS allows departure times exceeding 24:00:00 (e.g., 25:30:00 = 1:30 AM next day). These trips belong to the previous day's service but are still active after midnight. The handler only checks today's service IDs, so between midnight and the first trip of the new day, active trips from yesterday's service are missed entirely.
