Improve results display and stats

The training results currently use files to be visualized. We should create a database to save the results. Better study should be done on solutions to do this.

Initially, we can assume the experimenter will be running the framework in a K8s cluster with Prometheus installed. We can export all experimentation data into this database. Then, data can be visualized in Grafana dashboards. This task should be split.
