updater almost broke my whole pc!! #2273

Describe the bug
i dont have any screenshots, but when i tried updating openshell, it has an error message saying it failed closing explorer or something like that. then, it failed updating and it left me on a dark gray screen with nothing but my cursor, i had to search on my phone to find out on how to re-open explorer and taskbar. I just wanna delete this useless app already but im scared uninstalling may also crash my pc too..
