Overview
The purpose of this issue is to create an improvement issue form that can be used by the team to report and track changes and improvements to the project.
Background
As the project grows, it becomes important to have a streamlined and efficient process for reporting and tracking improvements. This form will help us keep track of what changes are being made and when, as well as help us ensure that all improvements are properly documented and addressed.

- Proposed solution
- Estimated time to completion
- Accessible from all OpenATO Repos
- Properly validated w/ required fields
