dtpad(1) does not support wrap to fit

This is an obnoxious but quite nice feature that dtpad(1) should support, but does not yet.

This is likely to not work for a while, because I would like to support more than fixed width fonts. On the other hand, if someone can do this with fixed width fonts, that would be great. Right now I have just added this to the unsupported features list in 8757fb9 .

I've adjust these features to instead use the built in word wrap features. This is a decent work around, though it's not perfect. See commit e387c96
