Add slit selection and energy/momentum resolution calculation

Based on a slit setting to be added either to the measurement configuration or config, determine the used slit size and shape based on a config mapping item.
Based on the used slit, pass energy and lens mode, calculate energy and momentum or spatial resolutions based on the formulas given in the Phoibos manual.
