Would like to know the changes between 3.1.0 & 3.1.2

Dear Team,

We are using "@govtechsg/opencerts-verify" package in our production to verify the cert. It was working fine with version 3.1.0 that was deployed 15 May. But suddenly It did not work on 19-Oct-2022. After upgrading "@govtechsg/opencerts-verify" to 3.1.2, it is working fine. We have responsibility to give the reason to management about this incident. Could you please advise us what are the main changes that affected v3.1.0 not to work. Appreciate your help on this incident.

Could you send us the error message and certificate that you are attempting to verify?

The changes between version 3.1.0 and 3.1.2 is only to support the new Goerli testnet as Ropsten has been deprecated.

Dear Team,

Thanks for response. I can replicate the issue at local environment now as our production is now using 3.1.2. When we use v 3.1.0, we could see error in the developer console that I have attached with this issue (v.3.1.0.PNG). Same cert is working fine with v3.1.2 (see the screenshot v.3.1.2.PNG). I have attached the cert that you requested(10.txt). Kindly check and advise us.

When we use 3.1.0 , It throw the error in verify method in dev environment.
