World no longer generates only dynamic trees

The title says it all: instead of the world being populated by dynamic trees only, with this mod installed it starts generating both dynamic and vanilla trees in the same world regardless of the DT config to replace vanilla trees.

may be worth noting that this only affects vanilla trees, not trees modified by dynamic PHC or dynamic forestry and the like.

As I understand it there's no situation in normal DT worldgen where this can happen, because it only ever generates all or no dynamic trees, not half and half.
