First image is different resolution than the others

Looking through these images I found that IMG_0446.jpg is 3240x2430 while all the other images are 3600x2700. The image otherwise looks fine, so I think it should stay in the dataset, but can you clarify what happened here?

It doesn't affect ODM because by default it resizes to 2400 (max width/height).

Seneca is a dataset we inherited from the State of Ohio, so I don't know its history.

Is there a contact at the State of Ohio or should we just drop this as it's at least now documented in the README? I'm fine with closing this since it's documented.

I have reached out to Fred Judson at Ohio and Indiana UAS Flight Center. He may have an insight, as I believe this was his flight with Ohio Department of Transportation.
