Join the MaStR Community Mailing List

We invite researchers, developers, and data users to join the mailing list.
open_MaStR is an open-source Python package designed to facilitate access to and processing of data from the German Marktstammdatenregister (MaStR).

The open-mastr package provides tools to download and parse MaStR data via bulk XML files and the SOAP API. Beyond data access, we are actively developing methods for data validation, enrichment, and analysis. Our goal is to improve data quality and usability through collaborative development.

By joining the mailing list, you will:

Stay informed about new features, releases, and ongoing development.
Participate in discussions around data challenges, use cases, and best practices.
Contribute scripts, methods, or insights to improve and extend the software.
Help shape an open, transparent, and useful tool for the energy research community.
