Problem in running OpenFCST in Supercomputer

Hi,
I am trying to install OpenFCST through supercomputer by this line of code $./openFCST_install --cores= --install-dir=path_for_installation_directory, while I have received the below error:
ERROR: OpenFCST requires the GNU Compiler. You have:
NVHPC v23.1.0
Please install a GNU Compiler >= 4.7
(4.7.2 is preferred) and try again.
It is worth nothing that NVHPC has not been loaded. I have loaded the below packages:
CMake 3.26.3
Doxygen/1.9.4
GCC/12.3.0
OpenMPI/4.1.5
