Differentiate between projects based on "who maintains it"

Following up from #119

Looking at the current list of projects, it unclear what projects are being maintained by whom. To be little bit "openfe project"-centric, we need to have a means by which folks can tell what is being maintained by the project staff and what isn't.

Maybe adding a small tag or something would be enough?
