It would be good to have code documentation in inline format. This also includes keeping an updated README file.

I'll try doing this along with the tasks instead of doing all together.

Current state:

• The member list is now more cached in our own database
• The database of members is updated with a celery task:
  • when logging in
  • when visiting the members/project pages and the last update was >2 hours ago.

That way we have reasonably fresh data while not slowing the whole page down while we wait for the Open Humans main site to respond.
