Support for color via erbsland-sphinx-ansi #73
Description
This is a followup to #49, as this extension, written by @erbsland-dev, replaces that old one sphinx-contrib/ansi#12.
Now that even the built-in argparse supports color in 3.14, having colored output is quite common. I think allowing these extensions to work together would be really useful.
My original idea would have been to support chaining a second directive on (via an option), but I'm not sure that would work, since the output here isn't just text. So instead I think we could revive the programoutput_use_ansi option. That's what I've done in #74.
