Refactor onegate client (and server) to encode requests in json format

We want to be able to use requests with json content-type in onegate. This will require to refactor the onegate server, the onegate cli and the onegate VRouter module. Probably we want to create a common API client library for accessing onegate through ruby, with their corresponding rspec tests.
