[Netapp] Setting grow threshold causes HTTP 400 errors

Description

When setting the NETAPP_GROW_THRESHOLD attribute in NetApp datastores, it will cause an HTTP 400 Bad Request response due to it being a float value.

To Reproduce

Set the NETAPP_GROW_THRESHOLD in the NetApp datastore and try to create an image ( or any other action that creates a new volume )

Expected behavior

No error.
