Filament runout doesn't return target temperature after replacing filament.

On my Neptune 4 plus with OpenNept4une at 33f6055

I experienced this problem near the end of a print, almost breaking it (but luckily I could still use the model without the last 3 mm) and I was just able to reproduce it twice.

1. I started a new print with a small cylinder from Orca slicer. Filament used: PETG. Target temperature 240c (first layer) and 245c
2. I let it run for 5 minutes
3. I cut the filament just above the sensor.
4. Print was paused as expected
5. On the touchscreen I tapped "settings" and "unload filament".

• I see the target temperature is 175c, but the temperature increases when I tap "unload"

6. I replaced the filament and tapped "load filament" again

• The target temperature was 175c again and the actual temperature slightly above that.
• The temperature didn't increase while the filament was getting pulled
• Clicking from the print head.

7. After I click "resume" the target temperature is still 175c

I recently reset my printers configuration and I didn't have this problem before.

Quick follow up.
I just tried again, without using the touchscreen to unload the filament as I noticed this in the printer.cfg

I still end up with 175c as the target temperature after reloading the filament and resuming.

I'm still having problems. Last night I had a print pause ~3 hours into the print and unloading the filament. The run out sensor didn't trigger and there was plenty of filament on the spool.
When I tried to resume after loading the filament, I couldn't because of this error (moonraker.log):

I tried rehoming and was able to resume (not sure this was a good idea)

Unfortunately I didn't notice it had reset the bed target temperature to 0c, which made it get loose on the bed ~2 hours later.

I don't know what triggered the pause + unload at around 3:00 or 4:00, but maybe my log files can give a hint.
