Screw Tilt not function due screen text

While using the screw tilt feature via the touchscreen, the central RESET button overlaps some on-screen text. A UI redesign is required to ensure all text remains visible.

As it is, it's unusable via the touchscreen.

There are a couple of problems with the UI.

• The red color CCW are impossible for me to see, due to poor vision and contrast issues.
• The left screw value is covered by the retry button.
• The Right screw CW/CCW label is covered by the retry button.

No sure if it matters, but I have the Neptune 4 Plus

The signatures are also out of place: Center right has moved to the left, and Center left has moved to the place of Rear left.
