mapvtk generates a file which can't be used when MTLN is selected. #277
Description
The following inputs generates a MAP which can't be opened (tested with Paraview 5.13.3).
When I launch the same file without the cable material associations, it does not have that issue. I suspect it is related with some of the structures created by MTLN.
