Add python Paraview macro to visualize all the generated results.

• Remove _prescribed_and_res_floating Paraview exporting due to large size of files.
• Export floating potential values.
• Generate macro to reconstruct prescribed and floating results from the _electrostatic and _magnetostatic ones.
