Development status not set for spp_hide_menus_base and spp_registry_base

When running the GH CI action, the following message is shown in the step Check development status:

spp_hide_menus (Production/Stable) depends on spp_hide_menus_base (Beta)
spp_import_match (Production/Stable) depends on spp_registry_base (Beta)
spp_programs (Production/Stable) depends on spp_registry_base (Beta)

The status should be set to Production/Stable
