I apologize mates, but not sure if this is a bug of a feature. Please fill free to movie this one to Close if it is intentionally implemented. I assume is a feature so that the user can have a strong control over the scrolling because sometimes the inertia scrolling can be annoying, but still. I wanted to noted case I don't know the history of the functional perspective and your intension.
-
Non-Inertial Scrolling (this is the current behavior)
When you swipe, the scrolling stops as soon as you lift your finger, without any smooth continuation.
-
Inertial (Momentum) Scrolling (I was expecting this one)
When you swipe on a touchscreen, the content continues moving for a while before gradually slowing down, simulating real-world inertia.
