Documentation improvements

Any issues with the readme or suggestions about how to improve documentation in general please chuck them here!

Info needed:

• Launch options (debug, skip intro, etc)
• Deployment / dev workflow
• Document classes and what they do
• Start a wiki and provide more info about the setting and the project

Might need to start some wiki articles to document the API side of things.
