[af_ZA] Translator access request

Hi,

I would like to ask for access to help translating OpenTTD and its subprojects into Afrikaans.

The Afrikaans language is well known to me, and I promise to cooperate with my fellow translators to give the end-users the best experience possible.

I am a first-language Afrikaans-speaker. I noticed some spelling and linguistic errors in the current translation that I would like to fix. I'll also add some missing translations while I'm at it.
