"Pause media" not working on Windows

Describe the bug
I am using Windows, and the "Pause media" option in Preferences is not working for me. I have tried it with Apple Music, Spotify, and Pandora. OpenWhispr otherwise functions normally, but the music is never paused.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable "Pause media".
2. Start a music player.
3. Press the transcription hotkey.
4. The music keeps playing.

Expected behavior
The music should pause when I begin transcription and resume when I complete it.
