Glitch: calendar invites not showing for Outlook-using new google group members

Wednesday mentors calls aren’t showing up in my outlook calendar for 2025. When I look at the invite email, it indicates that they are all in the past.

Her email was already on the invite as part of the mentors google group. This glitch makes me think that adding new members to our google group does not result in them seeing the item in their calendar.

I added Mikala's email directly to the invite; waiting to hear if she see's it now.

Andy B (NASA DAAC) also reported not having Mentor Calls in his calendar. We decided to stop using Google Group for calendar invites and add to add NASA mentor emails individually instead.
