Add guidance for acknowledgements

I don't see on the website (and would like to know!) the preferred way to acknowledge use of an openscapes hub in publications. I'd suggest a prominent section under the welcome paragraph on openscapes.cloud or an additional section below "Who can use this service?" on the individual hub landing pages.
