[Feature]: Add a "Get Started" button at the bottom of the Welcome page

At the bottom of the Welcome page, there's currently a line:
Ready to simplify your infrastructure management? Let's get started! 🚀
Instead of keeping it as plain text, it would be more user-friendly to have a "Get Started" button that links directly to the "Get Started" section of the documentation.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a "Get Started" button below or next to the existing text.
Clicking the button should smoothly navigate users to the Get Started section in the documentation.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Keeping the text as-is, but this approach is less engaging and requires users to manually locate the "Get Started" section.

Additional context

Adding a button here improves visual appeal and provides a clear call-to-action for new users.
