[UI]: “Getting Started” section should be visually distinct from Core Feature sections

Describe the UI issue

Currently, in the Core Features page, the Getting Started block looks the same as the other feature sections.
Since it serves a different purpose — more like a call-to-action — it should stand out visually from the feature descriptions.

Additional context

We can redesign it slightly (for example, use a different card style, background color, or layout) so it looks more like a call-to-action section and not just another feature block.
This helps guide users’ attention and improves the overall visual hierarchy of the page.
