[Bug][A11Y][Navbar] Add a visible outline to keyboard focus

• I have searched the backlog for duplicate or closed issues.

What happened?

Keryboard focus is not very visible on navigation bar items, the focused item is coloured in black only.

If possible, please add a visible outline like on other components, for example :
