ORDO 4.0 download URLs: please provide clear text and stable URLs #35

It may be good to make sure that ORDO download URLs do not suddenly change so that automated pipelines that depend on ORDO don't break. For example:
http://www.orphadata.org/data/ORDO/ORDO_en_4.0.owl
Worked fine until last month, now not anymore. On closer inspection, this is because you decided to zip all the ontology downloads other than the most recent ones.. I would recommend not to do this. Offering older ORDO versions as compressed streams puts a big strain on downstream pipelines which depend on the ontology being in txt form.
