Need to use Mailgun Logs API instead of Events API #415
Description
Mailgun documentation states that events API has been deprecated in favour of Logs api

- Logs: https://documentation.mailgun.com/docs/mailgun/api-reference/openapi-final/tag/Logs/
It may be possible we would need to update mailgun sdk and the api used for message status confirmation
