MSI upgrades don't work properly #11

Version: 1.7.0.3 MSI
When installing upgrades via MSI, I noticed that Floe wouldn't start after an upgrade. While trying to cleanly uninstall it, I also noticed one installed app entry in Add/Remove Programs per version of Floe I've installed instead of clean upgrades. Uninstalling everything and re-running the MSI worked.
The MSI should be re-worked to properly make sure everything's cleanly upgraded.
