Crash when modifying server list #20
Description
Selecting servers in the list can cause a crash. To reproduce this, have at least 1 existing server in the list. Click New. Now click between the old and new servers - a total of 4 clicks should do it.
It throws an ArgumentException for a duplicate key in a dictionary. (The dictionary is the one that keeps track of selected items in a ListBox.) This is related to this problem.
I've been able to prevent this crash by changing ServerElement's GetHashCode() back to the default Object implementation.
