--bearer-token option on `oxen` client command would be good

This would be for scripting where there is a need or a wish to avoid oxen config operations.

Obviously, this would be for the same sub-commands that can receive a --host option.

Nope --auth is different it is host and bearer token.

I like the idea of getting the user's config automagically when they put in their auth token (if the server returns user info from our hub)
