What phenopacket schema version should be shown?

Currently, we are showing 2.02 (which is the version of the software, but the schema version is actually just "2"? @ielis @julesjacobsen

I would stick to 2.0.2 so that we know exactly which software to use to load the phenopackets with.

Having said that, 2 should work as well, since this is the only meaningful difference between 2.0.0 and 2.0.2:

The schema version is 2.0 the software version could be anything. As long as you know what schema version the file is compatible with, you should be able to use any compatible software to read it. That's the point of having a standardised schema.
