Refactor for PixTools v1 and above.

This issue will be used for updates relating to the refactor of PixTools.

• NSFW commands under a "NSFW" cog created category.
• Game commands.
• Feel free to join our Discord guild and request features in the #feedback channel.

• Potential: Web Dashboard (The dashboard is being designed atm.)
• cPanel configuration for said dashboard.

Complete

• To date, 31 commands have been created and we're actively looking for suggestions.
• General cog completed.
• Util cog completed. — There are still more commands being created in said cog.
• Fun cog completed.
• Animal cog completed.
• Neko cog completed.
• Bot owner cog completed.

We might make game stats commands for games like Fortnite, CS:GO, R6S and more!
