Rewrite for PixTools!

I would like to announce that PixTools will undergo a massive rewrite. This rewrite will include:

• Better performance and reliability.
• Better command and event handling.
• Obviously, moar commands.
• Hosting on an actual server, instead of a Pterodactyl container. (I don't promise his since Pterodactyl is so cute and simplistic.)
• Utilizing of the new gateway intents.
• Utilizing of Discord.js v12 instead of v11. (This upgrade will take place with several modifications of v12.)

Initial Start: 10:00 AM EDT on 05/23/2020
Planned Finish: TBA – It might be before or late September if school permits.
