Add links to find related journal citations in data package landing page

This provides a way to discover other data packages that are cited by the same journal citation DOI.

A link is added to the end of each journal citations in the list of citations on the data package landing page. Clicking the link opens a new page with a list of all packages cited by the given DOI, and some related information.
